Viscose is made from modified materials, i.e. those obtained from natural raw materials, in this case from wood. In terms of chemical composition, both cotton and viscose are almost identical, because cellulose is their basis, therefore their properties are very similar:
breathability i.e. they are perfect in the heat;
hypoallergenicity due to the natural composition;
high hygroscopicity - the ability to absorb moisture and sweat;
Cotton holds its shape well, can fold well and holds its shape for a long time. Viscose is softer and more malleable, it drapes and flows beautifully.
In most cases, cotton does not fray easily but viscose does.
Cotton is prone to shrinking, but viscose shrinks more.
Cotton fades out in the sun and can fade during washing. Not the case with viscose.
